Building A, is a 410,000 GSF four story residential building containing 462 units represented by eight (8) unit types. The clubhouse will contain an outdoor pool, firepit, leasing office, lounge, mail / package concierge, and second floor fitness with juice bar.

The project consists of one (1) 4-story and (1) five story multi-family residential buildings with an attached open 6-story parking garage Metuchen, Middlesex County NJ. The buildings contain a total of 273 dwelling units along with transit-oriented retail and a new public plaza adjacent to Metuchen Station. The West Building is four stories approximately 189,000 SF and the East Building 87,645 SF.

750 Moore Road King of Prussia Apartments

The project consists of a new 5-story 248 unit multi-family residential building located in Upper Merion Township, King of Prussia PA. The building encompasses approximately 292,600 GSF with a 416 space 2-story parking garage. The building configuration is a wood frame residential levels over non-combustible podium garage structure and contains a 4,097 SF courtyard swimming pool deck and 6,005 SF amenity space.

345 Ocean Avenue

Long Branch, New Jersey

The project consists of one (1) new oceanfront 7-story non-combustible rental apartment structure above a two story underground parking garage. There are a total of 57 dwelling units The GSF of the building is approximately 154,195 SF. There will be ground level amenity space including a lounge, cardio room, and fitness room. The residential units will be designed as split system HVAC systems with roof condensing

Riverbend at Harrison

The project consists of two (2) 5-story 296 unit multi-family residential buildings located in Harrison, Hudson County NJ. The buildings each encompass approximately 447,750 GSF total including an open 6-story parking garage, residential dwelling units, and amenity space. The buildings will contain a second floor courtyard rooftop swimming pool.
