The first floor consists of 27,163 square foot "warm dark shell" space (VAV duct system mains & no branch ductwork). The second floor consists of 27,284 square foot, full tenant fit out office space (full MEP/FP design).

Sharpe Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineering for a multi-phase renovation of The Heart Group Building for Lancaster General Hospital. The three phases included upgrades to this outpatient and customer care facility. Approximately 54,800 SF of the building were upgraded including patient exam spaces, testing spaces, reception areas, conference rooms, and staff offices/support services.

The project consisted of upgrades to the existing 4,100 SF facility. The project included new lighting, redistributing HVAC heating and cooling and new plumbing as required new exam, surgery and staff areas.
