The project consists of a new Yacht and Beach Club located in Neptune, NJ. The building is three stories in height above grade and will encompass approximately 7,352 square feet of finished area. There is a 1,000 SF covered patio area at grade that will require lighting. The total project area including the outdoor patio is 8,352 square feet. The architectural program consists of an entry lobby, restaurant dining seating area, bar, commercial kitchen, restroom facilities, outdoor patio on the first floor, and a multi-purpose room on the third floor.
Toll Barn Conversion Clubhouse

Sharpe Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services on the renovation of an existing 9,500 SF barn. The existing barn will require a major renovation to convert into a community clubhouse. The building is a two-story stone structure with wood floor and roof framing.
Star Barn

Sharpe Engineering is working with LSC Design Inc on reconstructing an existing 18,900 square foot three level barn and adding a new two story 2,400 square foot structure. The two structures will be used for meetings and events and will include activity areas, restroom facilities and a kitchen area. The lower level consists of removeable horse stalls, attached milk house and flexible retail area. The second level will consist of a mezzanine for live music performances, restrooms, a commercial kitchen and a bridal suite. The drawings for this project were prepared using REVIT.
