The design consists of a basement party room, commercial kitchen, restrooms, two story 1,634 SF Bais Medrash, 1,599 SF women’s balcony, main lobby and restrooms.

Sharpe Engineering provided MEP Engineering services on a three story structure with a flat roof and finished basement. The design consists of a basement gathering hall, warming kitchen, a basement mikvah, two story 1,683 SF Bais Medrash, 400 SF secondary Bais Medrash, main lobby, restrooms, private offices and a third floor apartment. The building is approximately 17,750 SF.
