The project replaced an existing surface-wash system with a new air grid system in order to improve flow and water quality by making the backwash process more effective. Electrical work included SCADA wiring, valve control wiring, power to two 50 HP blowers, design of a blower control panel with soft starters and multiple remote control stations. |
